GEO provides analyst-style market intelligence briefs and related features. Briefs are generated from public news and market data on a scheduled basis. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

GEO is an information product, not an investment adviser. Nothing in a GEO brief, or anywhere in the service, is personalized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and it should not be relied on as such.

GEO does not recommend buying or selling any security, commodity, or other asset. Markets carry risk, and any decisions you make are your own. Always do your own research and consider consulting a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

GEO briefs are compiled with care and draw on third-party news and data sources, but we do not guarantee that every figure, quote, or statement is complete, accurate, or current. Information may contain errors or become outdated.

GEO is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for activity that occurs under your account. Please provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

GEO offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis until canceled.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices and plan features may change, with notice to existing subscribers.

GEO briefs and content are for your personal use. You agree not to resell, redistribute, scrape, or systematically copy the content, not to reverse engineer or interfere with the service, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.

GEO and its content, design, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and read the briefs for your own use.

Third-party news and data referenced in briefs remain the property of their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GEO and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the service or your reliance on its content.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using GEO and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of GEO after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
